LIDA Strategies Company Limited proposes the development of a pioneering eco-tourism resort in Voi, Kenya, strategically located near the renowned Tsavo National Park. We have secured a collaboration with a backpacker-focused company, projecting an initial revenue potential of Kes 40,000 per night from cottage stays. We are seeking Kes 1,000,000 to finance the crucial Design Phase of the project, which includes comprehensive architectural, structural, and site master planning, as well as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire suppression designs. This initial investment, detailed in the attached Design Fee Proposal from ISM Tetris Commercial, is fully reimbursable into the overall project build value upon contract award. This funding will enable our project developers to conduct essential reconnaissance and develop a robust project plan, paving the way for full-scale development and a significant positive impact. We are still at pre-revenue phase.
