FELOWA is building a scalable model that integrates residential development, buyer financing structures, diaspora demand and institutional partnerships. With land secured, designs completed, legal and sales documentation finalized and early buyer traction established, FELOWA is seeking development and bridge capital to accelerate phased construction and delivery of Zamba Ridge. FELOWA seeks USD 6M for Zamba Ridge, a 162-home master-planned community on the Yaoundé-Douala autoroute. The raise is ~15% of the USD 39.8M project cost; buyer instalments fund the balance. Open to debt, equity, hybrid or structured investment. GDV: USD 47.5M; unlevered IRR: 16.2%.
