I am the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FELOWA Community Homes, where I lead the company’s overall strategy, financing, partnerships, project development, and market expansion. My role includes overseeing the development of our residential projects from concept through execution, structuring financing and investor relationships, coordinating our technical and professional partners, and driving sales and institutional partnerships. I also lead engagement with banks, investors, government institutions, diaspora networks, and strategic partners as we build a scalable residential development platform focused on delivering well-planned, professionally managed communities in Cameroon.
Company Overview
FELOWA Community Homes is a Cameroon-based real estate development company focused on developing thoughtfully planned, high-quality residential communities for professionals, families, investors, and members of the African diaspora. Our flagship development, Zamba Ridge by FELOWA Community Homes, is a planned gated residential community located near Mbankomo, along the Yaoundé-Douala corridor. The approximately 5-hectare development is designed to deliver about 160 residential units across multiple housing typologies, supported by internal roads, drainage, green spaces, recreational areas, a clubhouse, and professional property and community management. FELOWA's model addresses a major challenge in the local housing market: the difficulty many buyers face in accessing professionally developed homes with structured payment options, reliable construction delivery, clear documentation, and long-term community management. The company is building a scalable development platform that combines residential development, structured buyer financing, institutional partnerships, diaspora engagement, and professional estate management. FELOWA is currently pursuing development and bridge financing to support the phased construction and delivery of Zamba Ridge and position the company for future residential developments in Cameroon.
