Big Ponds Zambia Limited is seeking a strategic investment partner for the development and expansion of the Chiyaba Mine Project located in Lusaka Province, Zambia. The project operates under Licence No. 39120-HQ-SEL and is situated within the highly prospective Lufilian Arc geological belt known for significant copper mineralization with associated gold and silver potential. We are inviting an investor under a 50/50 Joint Venture structure requiring a total phased investment of USD 3.5 million. Capital deployment follows a milestone-based phased model designed to reduce investor risk and protect capital through strict governance and verification procedures. Key investment highlights include: • Equal 50/50 JV equity structure with equal board representation • Phased investment structure totaling USD 3.5 million • Investor co-signatory rights on all project account transactions • Physical security through a pledged 2,000 MT copper ore stockpile collateral structure • Direct participation rights in offtake negotiations and sales activities • Investor step-in rights in default situations • Committed life-of-mine ore supply agreement • Long-term 20-year JV structure with renewal options Geological investigations have confirmed copper mineralization with grades up to 7.8% Cu and average pit grades around 7.0% Cu. The project also contains gold and silver credits, creating a diversified revenue model. The project includes immediate Phase I revenue generation through copper ore trading and long-term development of a wash plant and processing facilities. Financial projections estimate approximately USD 8.11 billion in gross revenues over a 20-year operating life under conservative assumptions.
