The initial portfolio includes: Unleash Eswatini — an innovative leisure, entertainment and experiential wellness destination combining rage rooms, emotional-release experiences, obstacle/team-building activities, inflatable entertainment and corporate wellness. The concept has potential for significant future expansion within the leisure and entertainment sector. Onwabile Properties — a property investment and development platform focused initially on income-generating residential assets, with a longer-term strategy to expand into commercial and mixed-use property. Onwabile Construction & Property Maintenance — a construction, renovation and property-services business serving external clients while creating potential synergies with Flozah's own property portfolio. Onwabile Farms — an agricultural platform targeting commercially viable opportunities including layer poultry/egg production and crop farming, with potential to expand into additional agricultural activities. Onwabile Brand Foundry — a platform for developing, building and strengthening brands and commercial ventures, including concepts that may become future businesses within or beyond the Flozah portfolio.
