Executive Summary

There is a very high demand in Europe for minerals such as Lithium. We can supply high quality minerals to European customers. There is a great need for quality medical equipment in East Africa. We have specialists in our company regarding medical technology and contact with companies in Europe that can sell to East Africa. We need to conduct a Due Diligence on site in Kigali, Rwanda. For the health project we need to visit hospitals and the Ministry of Health in Kigali to present the equipment we can procure. For the mineral project we need to be able to cover costs until the delivery has arrived. Olle Olssons background includes founding and developing a medical technology company in Sweden, where we designed and built a brainstem imaging device aimed at identifying dysfunctions in individuals with neuropsychiatric conditions. The company was based on my doctoral research; I earned my PhD in Experimental Psychiatry at Lund University in 2000. My dissertation, Psychoacoustics and Hallucinating Schizophrenics: A Psychobiological Approach to Schizophrenia, formed the scientific foundation for the company’s innovation. Our method was granted a world patent in June 2007: System and Method for Diagnosis of Brainstem Disorders, Patent No. 8292823. It’s a medical innovation. Following this, I have worked as a business developer and am a certified business angel within the Swedish angel investor network Connect. Since 2019, I have been active in both West and East Africa, and earlier this year I became a certified member of the African Association for Entrepreneurs. Abraham Fessehaye has extensive experience in business development and business deals in East Africa. He has lived in East Africa for over 20 years. He has primarily been active in property development in South Sudan but will now move his business to Kigali, Rwanda. Stefan Kaiser brings extensive experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership. He has held senior roles across multiple sectors, including technology, consulting, and entrepreneurship, and has a strong track record of building cross‑border collaborations. His background includes leading growth initiatives, supporting innovation‑driven companies, and working with stakeholders across Europe and Africa. His expertise strengthens our capacity to introduce advanced medical technologies to the East African region. We are a newly started company that has now secured the entire logistics chain between East Africa and Europe. Also acquired all permits. We have also conducted a market survey regarding the two projects and found that there is a great need for minerals in Europe and a great need for medical technical equipment in East Africa. Our company consists of three people, two Swedes and one African. Our company Mineral House Global Kenya Ltd is registered in Kenya and we have our headquarters in Kigali, Kigali. We are running two projects. New medical technology products are needed in hospitals in East Africa. The existing products are older and worn out. They are often not reviewed to see if they are in the right condition and calibrated. What we are going to procure are high quality Swedish/European products. Ensure that once the equipment is in place in an East African hospital that training is provided in handling, training in the care of the equipment and establish routines for calibration. We have contact with a Swedish company that now needs our help to sell their product first in Rwanda and then to other East African countries. The second project is that we sell minerals to European customers. The minerals that we mainly sell are Lithium, Cobalt, 3T and Gold. We have secured the logistics and we have all permits for mining, export, import etc. There are some large companies in Sweden and Finland that show serious interest in buying from us. For both projects we need to carry out a Due Diligence on site in Kigali, Rwanda. For the health project we need to visit hospitals and the Ministry of Health in Kigali to present the equipment that we can procure. For the mineral project we need to be able to cover costs until the containers have arrived at the customer in Europe.
