Mr. Isaac Kamuli Malaba, the founder and Mjority share holder of Ntemi Crown Company Limited, is a development oriented entrepreneur and a Banking professional with a strong commitment to inclusive rural transformation. In addition to founding Ntemi Crown Company Limited, he currently serves as a professional in Tanzania's financial sector through Selcom Microfinance Bank Tanzania. Driven by a vision of creating long term social and economic impact, he has invested personal effort and resources into developing sustainable agricultural and community initiatives despite significant financial limitations.
