Greenleaf in partnership with the Presidency of Nigeria and the NNPC - Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation will setup a company - NIGERIA FRACKING COMPANY (NFC) for this project. The $4,000,000 will setup the Nigeria Fracking Company (NFC) with funder having a say in board structure and governance right from the onset, Commit EPC's, Finalize production & offtake agreements, get permits/licences. 1. Mr. Bradley is a global oil executive and has over 35 years of chemical, petroleum & natural gas experience in 5 continentswith EXXONMOBIL, Chevron & ENI. 2. Mr. Aregbesola is the Country Director/Managing Partner of HalcrowInfrastructure Limited – one of the leading multi-disciplinary Consultancy Firms in Nigeria. Mr. Tomiwa possesses over 20 years’ industry experience advisinggovernments and private sector clients across varied infrastructuresectors in Privatization, Transaction Structuring and Financing,Leveraged Buy Outs (LBOs), PPPs, Mergers & Acquisitions; FinancialAdvisory & Capital Raising. Mr. Tomiwa has lead the successful concession processes of over2,000MW of Nigeria’s power plants as well as the first brownfield Airport in Nigeria amongst many other notable feats. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Said Business School(Oxford University) and the London School of Economics 3. Mr. Michael has over 40 years of domestic and international experiencewhile working for Mobil, Anadarko, and Exco Resources. Mike's skill set primarily focused on operations involved with drilling,completing, and producing oil and gas. He has been involved in many ofthe industry's firsts from completing deep hot horizontal wells inGermany, gas storage horizontal wells in Austria, to over 1,000completions in the Haynesville. He has also been responsible for theoperations of 5 sour gas plants and numerous electrical distributionsystems. 4. Mr Jack has 45 years of experience in energy land management withErgon, Union Pacific Resources and EXCO Resources, as wells as several smaller companies. As Director of Land and Vice President forEXCO, he has managed the due diligence process for propertyacquisitions from New Mexico to Pennsylvania, including several largeacquisitions in the Gulf Coast area. He managed land and title acquisition for the drilling of over 1,500wells in Texas, Louisiana and Pennsylvania. Jack has served on a LOGALegislative Committee. He is a member of the Texas and MississippiBar Associations and a former Certified Professional Landman for 20years. 5. Madame Anastasia has 10+ years of experience in operations,engineering, and general management. She is an experienced leader with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute detailedplans. She is highly skilled in written communication, verbal communication,and analysis, including her expansive problem-solving capabilities.Her skills have enabled her to make considerable contributions acrossorganizational levels, often thinking big to inspire others. She holds a bachelor's degree in industrial technology andengineering from The University of Texas at the Permian Basin, as wellas a MBA. Anastasia also serves in the US Armed Forces, a member ofthe Army National Guard for five years, awarded the ArmyAchievement Medal for outstanding achievement and meritoriousservice in 2020, and is currently serving with the 1120th TransportationBattalion in Arizona This will be a newly registered SPV entity called - The Nigeria Fracking Company Over the decades, Nigeria's oil production has seen a decline, falling below both its OPECquota and its own budget benchmark. In February 2025, production averaged 1.46 millionbarrels per day (bpd). This output is lower than the 2.06 million bpd target included inNigeria's 2025 budget & 1.55 million bpd OPEC Target. We would simply be helping the country meet it's OPEC quota. As well as supplying crude hungry midstream players like DANGOTE REFINERY (The recently opened world's largest single train refinery project 650,000bpd) Nigeria is already one of the world's largest oil producers thus the upstream & midstream infrastructure for fracking operations already exists for our AMERICAN plug and play fracking solutions. Nigeria's National Oil Company - Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is ready to partner us.
