Executive Summary
FULL CIRCLE AFRICA (PTY) LTD: WASTE PLASTICS TO GREEN FUELS: OVERVIEW OF PROPOSAL AND THE TECHNOLOGY: Mission Statement: Decarbonise the Planet by means of a hybrid pyrolysis reactor operating in a Carbon neutral and Oxygen-free environment to reduce waste plastics supplied by landfills and waste plastics suppliers. Furthermore, Distillation of the pyrolysis oil output is then refined into diesel, naphtha, and heavy fuel oils. In phase 2, further plants will yield H2 (Green Hydrogen) as the UN recognises this process as circular energy. The vast quantities of waste produced around the World represent a large and growing problem for governments, companies and communities that must dispose of it. They are seeking ways to avoid landfill costs for those types of waste not amenable to recycling. Incineration is no longer a viable solution. Simultaneously, the days of cheap and abundant fossil fuel are over, and attention is increasingly turning to renewable forms of energy production. Continuous Renewable Energy: Renewable, Green Energy that is not dependent on wind, sun or other climatic conditions; Reduction in New Landfills, Rehabilitation of Existing Landfills & more efficient and focused method of Waste Disposal; FULL CIRCLE AFRICA (PTY) Ltd, Plants eliminate the need for incineration of non-recyclable waste.
