Executive Summary

We are a health care service provider to the local community and refugees with limited resources. All these done in a hired building of two rooms that is not enough. The clinic operates mainly basing on clinical history provided by patients supported by a small laboratory which only does serological tests. If funding provided we wish to acquire a permanent structure for the clinic and well stocked in all departments including the laboratory We would wish to raise $10,000,000 to be used to secures land where the clinic structures can be built, stocking done, an ambulance bought, staff quarters building and six months salaries paid. We work as a team of five including; the clinical officer, two nurses for day and night shifts, laboratory assistant and a cleaner Financially, there is some increase in returns though not much since the capital has been little about $1,000,000 only The health services intended to be provided are broad since we are looking at a general medical practice setting focusing on neglected diseases with a large number of the indigenous people and the refugees mainly from sudan
