The project will be under the community ownership which is working in partnership with local government authority to lease the land for developing a site through a Joint Venture Partnership with a potential investor for the development of a eco tourism facilities in the community. Proposed Project Features • Green Technology: We want to implement a solar-powered systems, advanced sewage, and eco-friendly waste management (e.g., Bio Rock). • Infrastructure Upgrades: To raise tented camps, create viewing decks, and construct sustainable walkways. • Target Market: High-end photographic tourists, self-drive enthusiasts, and eco-consciou travelers A proposed investment transaction in tourism involves a structured process where investors evaluate a target's commercial viability, asset quality, and market risks. Managing this process involves due diligence, financial modeling, and risk allocation to balance sustainable growth with target return A winning proposal team for the Botswana tourism sector must demonstrate local expertise, sustainable community-based planning, and alignment with national frameworks. We will have an Ecotourism & Conservation team that will demonstrate expertise in low-impact tourism, wildlife management, and the preservation of cultural/natural heritage in sensitive biomes like the Okavango Delta. We will have a team that will demostrate Community-Based Tourism (CBT) with proven track record of consulting local stakeholders, empowering rural communities, and ensuring economic benefits are shared equitably. A team that will have Policy & Strategy Alignment that will direct familiarity with the Botswana National Ecotourism Strategy and the broader Tourism Policy managed by Business Botswana. The team will have a market diversification capability to develop new tourism products (e.g., cultural tourism in townships, heritage trails) while maintaining the exclusive wilderness brand. We are managing reviews in our work as a sound strategy that drives a flywheel effect with positive guest experiences lead to glowing reviews, boosting visibility and trust, which in turn drive higher direct bookings, revenue, and overall asset value. We will set up a transaction structuring phases which will do Initial Valuation that will assess the target’s financial health, historical cash flows, and market positioning. Conduct Due Diligence: with will be comprehensive legal, environmental, and operational audits. In tourism, this often means checking concession rights, local labor laws, and ESG compliance. Develop a Risk Allocation that will determine how liabilities (like market downturns or infrastructure damage) will be shared between buyers, sellers, and operators. Engaging in Closing and Integration that will finalize legal contracts and transition the management systems to the new investment vehicle. Our core markets are as the following We have Premium Safaris such as in the Okavango Delta, Chobe National Park, and Moremi Game Reserve that remain major drivers, attracting international travelers willing to pay a premium for exclusive, low-impact wildlife viewing. We also have Mid-Range & Domestic Travel which will increase revenue and local job creation, that will expand the mid-market and encourage domestic tourism—a shift that gained strong momentum post-pandemic. We will promote Business & Transit Travel to cities like Gaborone,Maun that serve as business and conference hubs, while Kasane and Kazungula are rapidly developing into interconnected regional tourism centers for Southern Africa
