De Telle Company Limited is a company that is into Construction, Real Estate and building materials production in Ghana. The company was registered in Ghana in February 2017 and has been in operation since then. We currently have a number of housing units which have been built and are at various levels of completion. We seek funding to complete these buildings in order to sell them. There is a ready market for fully completed housing units in Accra. In addition we seek funding to import Roofing Sheets and Wire Manufacturing Machines to setup the factory to produce Roofing Sheets and Wire Nails in Ghana We are seeking to raise an investment capital between $1 million to $10 million to be used to complete a number of housing units which are currently at various levels of development for sale. Part of the funds will be used to import Machines for our Roofing Sheets and Wire Nails Business The Executive Team is headed by Ernest Isaacs Kwashie who is the CEO/MD of the company. Ernest is a Chartered Accountant with extensive working experience in Auditing, Finance and Management Consultancy. Ernest also has over 6 years Business Planning experience working with Newmont Ghana Gold Limited from the year 2006 to 2012. Since 2012 Ernest has worked in the Construction and Real Estates sector in Ghana and has accumulated rich experience in the industry Rita Aseye Glah-Kwashie is a Lawyer called to the Bar and a Project Manager. Rita is the General Manager for the company overseeing the daily administration of the business. With her strong legal background, Rita ensures all regulatory requirements are adhered to by our operations The business revenue is currently under $1 million because we have locked up a chunk of our capital in buildings which are not market ready. As a result even though the business is highly profitable our current profit figures are relatively low. With injection of a capital of $1 million and above we expect our operations to scale up with returns averaging 30%. This capacity injection will also bring on stream the Roofing Sheets and Wire Nails production Business which will also increase our profit figures The Real Estate and Construction Industry in Ghana is a booming one mainly due to the political and economic stability being enjoyed in the country. These have made Ghana the investment destination of choice within the West African sub region. There is a huge housing deficit currently which makes operations in the Real Estate sector very profitable. In addition operations in the Building Materials sub sector is extremely profitable which has become an attractive points for foreign investors
