Executive Summary
The project converts a P800,000 land holding and a P45,000 cash deposit into a fully automated, energy- independent layer operation, using the Big Dutchman quotation 392370-002 as the technical and cost base. The quotation is written for a single 95.00 m x 9.00 m house holding a maximum of 20,736 hens at R8,312,402.31 (P6.90 million). This proposal does not build that whole house as a first step. It builds half of it - one 47.50 m bay, 10,368 hens - and uses the shared site infrastructure to carry three further modules to 41,472 hens. Phase 1 (PPF): P180,950 to complete the EIA, Council building-plan approval, structural reports, ISO 22000 / BSO certification gap audit, valuation report and Bills of Quantities - the lender-grade pack that Phase 2 cannot be assessed without, plus an independent valuation of the security. Phase 2 The quotation is a three- part document: an equipment schedule, an estimated building cost, and a service/farm package. Its summary page states a quotation price of R8,312,402.31. At the Bank of Botswana reference rate of 1 ZAR = 0.8307 BWP on 30 October 2026, that is P6,905,113. The Company has no outstanding debts and the Tax Clearance has been addressed. We currently own three industrial properties Botswana is self-sufficient in table eggs, producing roughly 20 million dozen a year, so a new entrant cannot assume a buyer simply because eggs exist [Daily News](https://dailynews.gov.bw/news-detail/86274). Two consequences shape this plan. Domestically the product must win on reliability, grading and cold chain rather than on scarcity. Regionally, the SADC market is where volume growth has to come from - and it is reached from Charles Hill by road.Growth is staged so that each module is paid for by the flock already laying. Module 1 (10,368 birds) proves the system, the market and the team. Module 2 doubles to 20,736 in Year 2; modules 3 and 4 follow in Years 3 and 4 to 41,472 birds. Beyond Year 4 the layer count is deliberately held flat: the estate services (horticulture, logistics, truckstop) take over growth from Year 7 so that poultry risk is not compounded by expansion risk in the same year.
