Company Overview

Kodabear Projects – A Family Business with a Purpose Founders: Landie & Fanie Viljoen Location: South Africa Business Type: Trailer Manufacturing,Sales & Rentals & Services Registered Business | Bank Account Active Our Vision We are Landie and Fanie Viljoen — a husband-and-wife team driven by a shared dream: to build Kodabear Projects, a family-run business that designs, builds, sells, and rents out utility, food, and camping trailers. Over time, we plan to expand our product range to include custom camping gear and lifestyle accessories, all carrying our proud Kodabear logo. Our mission is to create affordable, durable, and functional trailers for individuals, small businesses, and families — while also creating opportunities for others rebuilding their lives after hardship. Where We Are Now We’ve already taken our first steps: Purchased materials to build two utility trailers as our pilot models. Registered our business and opened a dedicated business bank account. Begun designing our Kodabear branding and trailer layouts. However, our progress has been slowed by limited funding and personal challenges. We’re currently staying at Moeggesukkel, doing everything possible to build our dream from the ground up. Our son recently completed a rehabilitation program and is now in a halfway house — and we are deeply committed to building a stable, positive future for our family and others facing similar struggles. Because we do not yet have our own property, we cannot obtain certain municipal and provincial licenses and permits required for full operations. Once we have funding, securing these and setting up a small workshop will be our top priority. Why We’re Seeking Angel Investment We are seeking financial and material support to help us: Complete and finish our first two utility trailers. Purchase basic tools and materials for consistent production. Secure workshop space and obtain required permits. Develop our Kodabear branding and online presence. Your investment will not only help launch Kodabear Projects — it will help a family transform struggle into opportunity and create a business that uplifts others. We are not just building trailers — we’re building a future. How You Can Help Financial investment or startup capital (any amount helps) Donations of tools, materials, or workspace Mentorship and business guidance Together, we can bring Kodabear Projects to life and create something lasting — a business built with purpose, perseverance, and pride.
