I oversee our three core operational pillars: Sovereign Data Governance (verifying SEGY data headers and geodetic coordinate compliance against national decrees), Port Infrastructure & MARPOL Logistics (conducting asset integrity inspections and environmental compliance audits at the Port of São Tomé), and Offshore Local Content Readiness (managing our proprietary domestic engineering and maritime workforce database). I directly interface with the National Petroleum Agency (ANP-STP) to fast-track technical permitting and de-risk multimillion-dollar deepwater exploration campaigns.
