I serve as the Founder and Managing Director of Shaibu Ufedojo Israel Farms, providing strategic leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business. My responsibilities include farm production and management, financial planning, market development, staff coordination, customer and farmer engagement, and identifying opportunities for business growth. I also lead partnerships and initiatives that support smallholder farmers through access to agricultural inputs, markets, and sustainable farming solutions.
