Company Overview
Grace Courtyards Hotel and Leisure Complex isn't just another hotel; it’s a 81-room destination resort taking shape in Apam, right in the heart of Ghana's Central Region. Apam is situated along the corridor of one of the busiest routes for tourism in Ghana. The vision is a true integrated resort—a beautifully landscaped space where accommodation, events, dining, and leisure all work together, each part making the other stronger. The project is already about 70% built. The founder has poured over USD 2 million of own money directly into the development. That's important: there's no bank debt, no third-party liabilities. Every single contractor and supplier hired so far has been paid in full. We are looking to raise GHS 3 million to cross the finish line—complete the final phase and power a strong commercial launch.
