As the Managing Director of Axiom Field Agribusiness Limited, I provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall management, operations, and growth of the company. My role involves setting the company’s strategic direction, establishing business objectives, making key management decisions, and ensuring that our operations are conducted efficiently and responsibly. I oversee the development and implementation of our commercial farming projects, including crop production, farm planning, resource allocation, irrigation, procurement, labour management, marketing, and distribution. I am also responsible for identifying new agricultural investment opportunities and developing strategies that can increase the company’s productivity, profitability, and long-term sustainability. As Managing Director, I represent the company in engagements with customers, suppliers, investors, financial institutions, government authorities, agricultural organisations, and other business partners. I also oversee financial and operational performance, risk management, compliance, business development, and the effective use of company resources. My objective is to build Axiom Field Agribusiness Limited into a competitive and professionally managed agricultural enterprise. The company intends to expand its commercial farming activities, develop agricultural value addition and processing opportunities, strengthen market access, create employment, and contribute to Zambia’s agricultural and economic development. I am responsible for ensuring that the company maintains strong governance, professional standards, sustainable farming practices, and a clear focus on long-term growth.
