Global Social Impact Investments SGIIC, S.A.U. (GSI) — Madrid-based impact investment manager. Founded in 2018, authorised by the CNMV in 2020 as a regulated Spanish fund manager (SGIIC), and part of the Santa Comba Group. Founder and CEO: María Ángeles León. It invests across Spain and Sub-Saharan Africa using both private credit and minority equity. To give you a clear idea, our investment focus is on companies that: · Generate annual recurring revenues above USD 2M · Are profitable (net profit positive) · Have social impact embedded at the core of their business model While every investment is tailored to the company’s needs, our typical terms include: · First ticket between EUR 500K and 1M, renewable annually with room for incremental growth up to EUR 5M · Interest rates in the 8–11% range (Euribor + fixed rate) · We usually ask for some type of Secutirty/Collateral
