We are an investor group primarily focused on real estate development and income generating property opportunities in West Africa. We are seeking structured opportunities, including joint ventures and partnerships with experienced local developers, particularly in residential, mixed use and hospitality assets. While real estate is our main focus, we are open to other well-structured investment opportunities with strong fundamentals, clear governance and attractive risk adjusted returns. We prioritize transparency, aligned partnership, and scalable opportunities with flexible in investment size base on deal quality.
