I am the owner of an agricultural business focused on developing sustainable fish farms on Lake Victoria. I oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, including sourcing fish and farming materials, procuring equipment, building relationships with suppliers and buyers, identifying new market opportunities, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of our fish farms. In addition to operations, I research and apply best practices in fish farming to improve productivity, sustainability, and profitability. I am responsible for the overall growth and strategic direction of the business, from planning and procurement to sales and partnership development.
