Company Overview

Green Tree Group (GTG) is a privately owned group of companies focused on sustainable infrastructure, advanced materials, industrial innovation, and resilience technologies. GTG develops and commercialises environmentally responsible technologies designed to reduce emissions, logistics burdens, imported material dependency, and lifecycle infrastructure costs across civil, industrial, mining, and defence-related sectors. The group operates through a number of specialist businesses and regional initiatives, including: Hydro Road — developer of Hydro Road Stabiliser (HRS), a water-based polymer soil stabilisation system, and Hydro Asphalt (HA), a cold-applied asphalt technology. These solutions are designed to deliver durable infrastructure while reducing the need for heat, solvents, petrochemicals, and large-scale material transport. Mine Fine Agglomeration (MFA) — focused on the recovery and agglomeration of high-grade mineral fines and industrial waste streams generated by mining, smelting, and metallurgical operations, enabling the monetisation of previously unusable materials. MILHA — focused on dual-use and resilient infrastructure solutions for challenging operational environments, including temporary roads, hardstands, airfield support, logistics infrastructure, and low-signature mobility applications. GTG’s technologies are designed around practical deployment, regional manufacturing potential, and reduced environmental impact, with a focus on: Sustainable infrastructure delivery Reduced CO₂ emissions Lower logistics and transport requirements Use of local or in-situ materials Circular economy and waste recovery opportunities Infrastructure resilience in remote and demanding environments The group is actively developing opportunities across the UK, Europe, Africa, North America, and Asia, with engagement spanning government bodies, infrastructure partners, mining groups, and international innovation programmes. GTG’s long-term vision is to build a globally recognised portfolio of scalable technologies that improve infrastructure delivery, industrial efficiency, and environmental performance across both developed and emerging markets.
