I am the Managing director and CEO of the company. As Managing Director and CEO of Dorcas & Martin Limited, I provide strategic leadership and set the firm's vision, growth priorities and long-term direction. I oversee the design and delivery of our full portfolio of management consulting services, ensuring consistent quality and measurable client impact, while driving business development and building senior client and partner relationships that position the firm to support clients across international markets. I lead the executive team, shaping a high-performance culture and aligning people, resources and capabilities with our strategy, and I am accountable to the Board for financial performance, risk management, regulatory compliance and upholding the high standards of governance we bring to every client engagement.
