Herman Abboah is the founder and director of Terrayield Ghana Limited, a registered agro-processing and value-addition company. Terrayield is building a multi-crop processing and packaging hub in Kintampo that will handle 5 metric tonnes of raw material a day. It will turn cashew, shea butter, ginger, hot pepper and spices into export-ready products for food and cosmetics markets worldwide. Key responsibilities: • Strategy and growth: Sets the company's direction and leads its expansion into regional and international export markets. • Investment and partnerships: Works with investors, joint-venture partners and financial institutions around the world to secure equity, funding and technical expertise. • Project development: Has secured a 2.5-acre industrial site and is moving the project from planning into construction. • Supply chain: Builds sourcing networks with local farmers to keep raw materials supplied reliably. • Compliance and operations: Oversees permits, free-zone incentives, export procedures and hiring of local staff. Herman brings more than ten years of HR and marketing experience from the British Ministry of Defence. He uses it to build an efficient, well-run business that creates local jobs and adds value to Ghana's crops.

Who we are Terrayield Ghana Limited is a newly registered agro-processing and value-addition company. We are building a processing and packaging hub in Kintampo that will take in 5 metric tonnes of raw material per day. It will turn cashew, shea, ginger, hot pepper and spices into export-ready products for international food and cosmetics markets. Our assets and location Land: We fully own a 2.5-acre industrial plot in Kintampo, free of any claims or debts. Location: Kintampo is in a major cashew-growing area. It sits on the main road linking the shea-producing north with southern routes to Tema Port, which supports a reliable supply of raw materials and efficient shipping to export markets. Planned operations The facility will be divided into separate zones so food products and cosmetic products never mix: Line 1, food and spices: Automated washing, belt drying and dust-free milling of ginger, hot pepper and spices, with automated retail packaging. Line 2, nuts and shea: Sizing, steaming and mechanical shelling of cashew kernels, packed in nitrogen-flushed vacuum bags. Roasting, pressing and multi-stage filtering of shea to produce cosmetic-grade shea butter. The opportunity We are looking for international partners for a joint venture. These could be agro-industrial companies, equipment manufacturers, investors, development finance institutions or buyers. The proposed model is technology or capital in exchange for equity. Terrayield provides the land, local regulatory approvals, raw material sourcing and workforce management. The partner provides the processing equipment, technical expertise or capital. Growing worldwide demand for traceable products processed where they're grown, along with Ghana's free-zone incentives and access to the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), makes this a strong time to invest.
