I am Addmore, Managing Director and son of Founder MP Motshaise. I started at Biosin Agriactive Primary Co-operative Limited with my team, feeding families and working the land. My father is Founder of Mosebenzi Construction (Pty) Ltd (Reg: 2026/603304/07, OLD: 2014/102793/07, Re-instated 05 May 2025, B- BBEE Level 1, CIDB). He gave me the chance and transferred Mosebenzi Construction (Pty) Ltd to me as a mission to solve unemployment. My role now: - Lead Moloto City Industrial Village Master Plan (10 Campuses, 1000 direct jobs now, 10,000 futures) - Manage 10 workers team, Building Yard, Container School, Agri Food Yard, Recycling Factory, Digital Yard, Drone Tech Hub, Taxi Rank & Shops, Export Hub, Skills Hub, Solar & Water Farm - Create branches in every province: Limpopo 2 sites, Gauteng 2 sites, KZN 2 sites, Eastern Cape 1 site, Western Cape 1 site - Fundraising, investor relations, government tenders, community job creation (every house trains 2 youth, creates 8 jobs, feeds 10 families per R300k) - Building Homes, Building Futures, Ending Unemployment in South Africa where 32.9% official, 42.4% expanded, 60%+ youth are unemployed.
