The company's main clients will be the middle class Kenyans looking for a community that can offer significant services for their age group and multiple income levels. Emeraude Capitals seeks to undertake multiple climate sensitive housing projects known as EM Housing projects. Emeraude Housing Project will cater for middle class Kenyans deprived by the lack of affordable housing options that are climate friendly. The company believes that well-built serene residential communities enhance comfort living. Emeraude’s vision is to transform the real estate sector with climate sensitive green affordable housing.
