Andrews Akoto-Addo, fondly known as Andy, is a Pan-African social entrepreneur and a shared value strategist with 10+ years of experience in building scalable systems at the intersection of enterprise development, impact investing, and entrepreneurship ecosystem development. Andy’s work is rooted in a systems-oriented approach to development, emphasising leadership, governance, innovation, and ecosystem coordination as the foundations for sustainable growth. He has assisted startups, non-profits, and entrepreneurship support organisations (ESOs) across Africa in transitioning from project-based interventions to resilient institutions capable of attracting capital, managing risk, and delivering consistent outcomes. Outside of his professional experiences, he enjoys cooking, writing, travelling, and sketching human figures or landscapes.
