Je suis Aline Félicienne HESSOU, titulaire d’un Diplôme d’Ingénieur des Travaux en Génie de l’Environnement et d’un Master Professionnel en Gestion des Ressources Naturelles et de la Biodiversité/ J’ai occupé divers postes de responsabilités en gestion des projets. Après plusieurs années dans une ONG internationale, où j'ai côtoyé plusieurs problématiques notamment la sécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle, une question m’a frappée. Pourquoi, dans un pays agricole comme le Bénin, l’insécurité alimentaire et nutritionnelle persistent-t-elles avec des cas de malnutrition sévère dans la partie septentrionale du pays ? J’ai alors décidé d’agir en créant Platinum Group Services Sarl que je dirige afin offrir des produits locaux, naturels et nutritifs commercialisés sous la marque protégée PlatinOr. Ainsi, je m’investis activement dans la production agroécologique, la transformation agroalimentaire et dans l’agrobusiness. J’agis également à renforcer des filières locales tout en réduisant la dépendance aux importations et à contribuer à bâtir un héritage d'autonomisation des femmes, de création d’emplois pour les jeunes et de consommation écoresponsable.

Platinum Group Services (PGSE) Sarl est une entreprise qui intervient dans l’agro-industrie et le développement de l’agrobusiness, secteurs pourvoyeurs de richesses et d’emplois et aussi dans les prestations de services. Elle focalise ainsi ses interventions dans des filières et chaînes de valeur de produits à forte demande et à forte valeur ajoutée. Il s’agit notamment de riz blanc local, de manioc (avec pour perspective la production de la farine panifiable de manioc de haute qualité), de la patate douce, de la pomme de terre, de l’igname (pour transformer en cossette d’igname), du maïs jaune (pour transformation en farine puis en nouilles en perspective), des haricots (cassoulet, pois d’angole, etc.), des produits maraîchers vendus frais et/ou transformés, tous sous sa marque protégée PlatinOr. En ce qui concerne notre unité de transformation Épi-Industrie basée à Porto-Novo (Tokpota 2 Zèbè), nous transformons des matières premières sélectionnées (épices et herbes aromatiques) en poudre. Il s’agit notamment du mélange d’épices moulues ; du gingembre et de laurier moulus ; du piment moulu simple et assaisonné et de l’Aromatik Sel (Sel aromatisé). Nous intervenons aussi dans le courtage et intermédiation pour la commercialisation des produits tropicaux.
