Executive Team Founder & Group Director — Bongekile Mndvoti Bongekile Mndvoti is the Founder and strategic vision holder of Flozah, an emerging African investment and growth platform headquartered in Eswatini. She holds a BSc in Dietetics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Nutrition from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Her professional background combines healthcare and nutrition with entrepreneurship, business development and long-term strategic planning. As Group Director, Bongekile will provide overall strategic leadership, capital allocation oversight, investment direction, portfolio development and stakeholder engagement. Operating Leadership Flozah's operating businesses will be supported by dedicated management teams, with operational responsibility separated from the Group Director's strategic role. Operations Management Each operating venture will have appropriate day-to-day management responsible for execution, staff management, customer experience, compliance, operational controls and financial performance. For Flozah's first operating venture, Unleash Eswatini, the proposed leadership structure includes an Operations Manager responsible for consistent on-site management and execution. The Operations Manager will work alongside departmental supervisors and operational staff to ensure that the business maintains high standards of safety, service delivery and efficiency. Marketing & Business Development A dedicated Marketing & Business Development function will support customer acquisition, brand development, corporate relationships, partnerships and revenue growth.
