Executive Summary

ZiraPay is a connected payment platform being built by AseLabs to simplify how consumers, businesses, and institutions access and use financial services. In Nigeria, users often rely on multiple bank accounts, payment apps, cards, and separate platforms for transfers, bills, merchant payments, and other financial needs. ZiraPay aims to bring these fragmented experiences together through one seamless payment layer. The platform will connect users to existing banks and payment infrastructure rather than attempting to replace them. Key capabilities include unified transfers, account aggregation, smart funding, merchant payments, QR and NFC payments, bill payments, and specialized payment experiences for businesses and institutions. We are currently at the early-stage/prototype phase and are seeking funding and strategic partnerships to build the MVP, establish the necessary financial and regulatory infrastructure, integrate with payment providers, and launch with targeted users and institutional partners. Our long-term vision is to build a scalable financial infrastructure layer that can connect consumers, businesses, institutions, and payment providers across Nigeria and eventually other African markets.
