Radhanite Ventures Fund I is a US-registered early-stage VC fund backing Israeli founders and startups scaling into Africa. We invest in agritech, climate-tech, health-tech, and AI, providing capital and strategic support for cross-border growth. Kemi Oyebanji (Female, CEO): Kemi brings over 10 years of financial analysis experience supporting SMEs across Nigeria's retail, fashion, and food industries. She temporarily leads Radhanite Ventures' overall organizational strategy and team direction (as a transitioning CEO), bringing deep operational instincts and a grounded lens for evaluating early-stage ventures built for African markets. Banke Aje (Female, CFO): A seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience spanning banking, insurance, microfinance, and financial advisory. Former CFO and Financial Controller at AFEX and Carbon — two of Nigeria's leading fintech institutions. Harvard Business School executive education alumna. Banke oversees all financial strategy, fund operations, and LP relations. Abubakar Sanusi (Male, CIO): A marketing and PR strategist turned investor with 12 years of experience. Former startup founder and investor relations professional who previously supported fundraising of $600,000 for a prior venture. Leads deal sourcing, investment thesis execution, and portfolio strategy — with a particular focus on identifying and onboarding Israeli founders entering African markets. On our 1st close for Fund I. 90% of our investment focuses on Israeli startups/founders building technological innovation for the African market across AgTech, ClimateTech, CleanTech and HealthTech. 10% of our investment is dedicated to the African Creative Economy (Fashion, Film/TV, Gaming, Animation and Art) We've raised $150,000 in crowd funding (Family and Friends) and dedicated $10,000 to SMEs in the creative economy in Nigeria. Africa represents a multi-trillion-dollar long-term growth opportunity, driven by a 1.4B population, rapid digital adoption, and major gaps in finance, agriculture, healthcare, and infrastructure. Radhanite Ventures targets this opportunity by backing Israeli founders building scalable, tech-enabled solutions for underserved African markets with strong demand, clear expansion potential, and attractive venture returns.
