This investment platform consolidates two high-impact, revenue-generating projects into a single Joint Venture (JV) vehicle under a Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT) framework, targeting mechanization-led agricultural transformation and scalable primary production across Ghana. Project Components 1. Agro-Industrial Park – $20 Million A dedicated 20-acre development within a secured 250-acre industrial enclave will establish assembly lines for tractors, agricultural implements, and combine harvesters. The facility is designed to localize equipment supply, reduce capital import costs, and support nationwide farm mechanization services. 2. Agricultural Farming & Agribusiness Development – $100 Million A multi-regional farming programme focused on rice, maize, and vegetable production, anchored by an out-grower scheme of over 1,000 farmers. The model integrates production, aggregation, and market access, while incorporating institutional poultry systems across military units to ensure stable offtake and food security. Joint Venture Structure A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be incorporated to implement both projects with the following equity distribution: Investors: 60% Project Sponsor (You): 20% Project Owner: 20% Fees and Commercial Terms Consultancy Fee: 10% of project value (covering structuring, technical advisory, and implementation oversight) Facilitation Fee: 5% A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be incorporated to implement the projects.
