Mascot & Candy was founded in 2023 by Luna Saha as a mobile children's animation service. For two years, the company delivered costumed character entertainment — Mickey Mouse, Spiderman, Paw Patrol and more — to birthday parties, school end-of-year celebrations and corporate toy store activations across Yaoundé. This period of real, on-the-ground market activity built a loyal returning client base across three segments — private families, schools and corporate clients — and an organic social media community of 2,645 followers across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok with zero paid advertising. The most repeated client question over two years was: "do you have a permanent space?" That demand signal — unscripted, consistent and commercial — confirmed what the market was telling us. In December 2025, Luna formally re-registered as a SARL and launched the playground development phase. Six diversified revenue streams: walk-in entry fees (CFA 3,000/child), monthly family memberships (CFA 20,000–40,000), birthday party packages (CFA 150,000), school excursion packages (CFA 2,500/child), café & restaurant sales, and branded merchandise. Luna Saha is a Cameroonian entrepreneur and IT Systems Administrator currently based in Germany, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from a UK university. She built Mascot & Candy from the ground up over two years, personally managing all client relationships, event delivery, brand building and business development. Luna is committed to relocating full-time to Yaoundé upon securing investment to lead the construction, launch and operations of the playground personally.
