Executive Summary
The Ocean Resources Reserve (ORR) is an emerging and innovative international financial institution dedicated to delivering sustainable financial solutions addressing sovereign debt, climate change, and environmental conservation-particularly for developing nations. Fostering global economic growth by providing debt restructuring, flexible financing, and post-war and post-disaster recovery mechanisms, while safeguarding the planet for future generations. A cornerstone of ORR's innovation is the introduction of GREEN GOLD (or RBU) - a pioneering financial instrument that leverages the virtual value of unmined minerals, such as gold, through advanced 3D seismic scanning technology. By collateralising mineral deposits without physical extraction, ORR provides governments and central banks with the same financial security as mined reserves, but at a fraction of the cost and with minimal environmental impact. This initiative directly combats climate change and seabed degradation, while reducing the 18% of global gold extraction currently reserved for financial holdings. With a projected market potential exceeding USD 500 billion, Green Gold represents a transformative shift in how nations secure reserves and drive sustainable growth. One of our missions is to develop and establish the waste to energy industry in Africa We are seeking equity or debt investments of up to ( USD 3 million) for an equity return of 30% at group level and an additional 14% in our green energy initiative Lead by CEO - Mr M.E Maphike A highly entrepreneurial individual with a passion for developing innovative solutions that drive meaningful change. With the ultimate goal to create transformative opportunities in developing countries by fostering entrepreneurship, generating employment, and unlocking access to critical funding. Through strategic thinking and leadership, we strive to bridge economic gaps and empower individuals to achieve sustainable success. Pre-revenue Here at ORR we strive to bring transformation into the international finance and mineral trade sector. By acting as an International Financial Institution (IFI) we tackle the challenges that governments/central banks face in debt settlements, borrowing and trade by partnering with the Commonwealth and creating an inclusive ecosystem answering a call by 50+ developing countries and 39 heavily indebted countries long overlooked by the United Nations and existing IFIs e.g. IMF. ORR will operate primarily in emerging markets – including many Commonwealth nations , which face acute debt and climate challenges. These countries are highly climate-vulnerable yet historically under-served by green finance. For example, UNDP reports that 58 of the most climate-vulnerable developing countries face nearly $500 billion in debt-service over the next 4 years, and 20 of them have even floated “debt-for-climate” swap ideas for their $685 billion of external obligations One of our green energy initiatives (SPV) includes pioneering the development of Pyrolysis Oil plants specifically in Africa for electricity production , by becoming the first to list Pyrolysis Oil as a tradeable commodity on the Exchange and utilizing our holdings of the commodity (potential synthetic value up to $2B ) as collateral to deploy financing in this sector.
