Black Coastfield Mining Ghana Ltd is seeking USD 5–10 million in equity funding in exchange for a minority ownership position. Funds will be used exclusively for exploration activities, regulatory compliance, community engagement, and technical studies. The company is currently pre-revenue and pre-production, which is typical for grassroots exploration ventures. Value creation is expected through exploration success, project advancement, and potential re-rating rather than near-term operating cash flow. The company is led by a Ghana-based founding and management team with strong local knowledge of land access, community relations, and regulatory processes.
