Introduction Rubi-Jo Marine (Pty) Ltd (2015/1223) is a mining company specializing in offshore diamond extraction. Based in Swakopmund, Namibia, Rubi-Jo Marine has entered into a subcontract with Samicor Diamond Mining (Pty) Ltd, to extract rich diamond gravel from the seabed. This contractual agreement between Elao Investments and Samicor is valid for a period of 4 (four) years, with renewable opportunities after each 4 years. With the growing global demand for diamonds, Rubi-Jo Marine is uniquely positioned to capitalize on untapped resources, but we are seeking investors to support and fund the startup capital necessary to launch our ambitious offshore mining operation Rubi-Jo Marine is offering a 60-40 profit-sharing model, with 60% of profits allocated to the investor and 40% to the company and partners. The total capital needed for Phase 1 and Phase 2 is N$75 million, which will cover vessel procurement, crew salaries, and operational expenses for a full year.
