Executive Summary
Patron International (Canada) and Patron Afcos Limited (Ghana) have partnered to launch a scalable affordable housing initiative in Ghana. Our mission is to address the country’s growing housing deficit by developing high-quality, low-cost homes in emerging urban zones. The project focuses on delivering modern, energy-efficient units using cost-effective building technologies, with a priority on youth, low-income families, and first-time buyers. We have secured strategic land in Kumasi and are working with local contractors and suppliers to ensure community involvement and job creation. We are seeking $4–5 million in equity or blended investment to fund land development, construction, infrastructure, and operational rollout. The business is Black-owned, rooted in cross-border cooperation, and positioned for long-term social impact and ROI. This initiative not only provides housing but also opens opportunities for integrated services in clean energy, education, and digital access, creating a full ecosystem of empowerment for underserved communities. Seeking $4–5M in equity or blended investment to develop scalable affordable housing in Ghana. Their track record includes logistics projects, community outreach, and real estate groundwork—positioning them to successfully execute and scale this housing initiative. Patron International and Patron Afcos Limited are in early growth stages. While not yet profitable, we’ve secured startup capital, formal registration, and established operational groundwork across Canada and Ghana. Revenue is modest but growing, driven by logistics and trading activity between both markets. Our housing project is pre-revenue, but key assets such as land, community support, and construction partners are in place. We’re actively sourcing investment to move into the build phase, which will generate revenue through unit sales and leases. Financial modeling shows strong return potential as demand for affordable housing rises. Our team maintains careful cost controls, and our dual-market structure allows us to leverage Canadian financial systems and Ghanaian demand. We are positioned to scale with proper funding and partnerships.
