Le présent projet est l'un des plus grands complexes immobiliers et touristiques du Sénégal, baptisé « Sous les tropiques », sur 15 hectares et comprend :  - 1 hotel 5 star with 50 single rooms, 30 double rooms, 98 presidential suites (luxury bungalows) facing the Atlantic Ocean and the lagoon - 1 performance hall with a capacity of 800 seats - 1 restaurant with a capacity of 500 seats - 1 discotheque with a capacity of 300 seats - 1 real estate program of 68 luxury villas, 6 blocks of buildings with 264 luxury apartments and 24 penthouses - 1 MALL built on 11,000 m2 - 1 tropical island in the heart of the lagoon (amusement park, sports park, mini zoological park; etc...) 1. Equity Partnership: Acquisition of a 65% stake in CYMCO INVESTMENT GROUP for €5,000,000, 2. Loan agreement for the overall financing of the project with an interest rate of 5 to 8% and a maturity date of 36 months. The team mobilized around this project is under the direction and coordination of Mr. Sidy Gueye, founder/CEO of the CYMCO Investment Group, the project's founder. With degrees in Business Management, Project Management, and International Trade, he works in business development consulting and commercial representation for foreign companies wishing to establish or do business in Africa, drawing on over 14 years of professional experience. This professional background spans the sectors of consulting, international trade, representation, production, agriculture, tourism, transportation, and leisure. A true leader by nature, he will lead the small team initially for the site's construction/creation phase, working with the various partners and stakeholders. He will oversee the design, construction, and general layout of the complex with a focus on authentic rendering, and will set the project's commercial and economic objectives. In a second phase, assisted by sales promotion, catering, and hospitality professionals, he will assume general management of the company and organize the complex's management. With his experience and knowledge of the theme, he will leverage everyone's resources and skills to deliver this "paradise escape" while strictly adhering to the defined economic and financial objectives. Directly responsible for the complex's sales policy, he will boost sales and organize the center's events, and will oversee the product's development strategy.
