Executive Summary
We invested in our initial livestock 2 years ago. Through disciplined management we were able to grow our herd 3 fold. The next phase is to expand our operations to include the tourism sector as well. Our investors will receive 30% shares in the property, as well as a 30% share of net profit from year 2 onward after investment is received. We have a dedicated team running the intensive farm. We have skilled business managers as well as skilled laborers. Our committed team ensure excellent management of our current operations. Our managers have over 15 years experience in various industries, ranging from farming, retail, information technology, hospitality and financial management. All profits and proceeds are being reinvested currently into our livestock segment, we want to grow the livestock to a sustainable number in the following 2 years. The agricultural sector in Namibia is currently stable, the demand for quality meat products are very good. Our Tourism sector is also one of our main contributors to our economy, thus combining agriculture with tourism is the next step forward. The Agri Tourism sector is still in its growth phase in Namibia.
