Executive Summary
My client has an opportunity to secure pre-identified sites to construct mobile towers for an international Mobile Network Operator in SA. They are prepared to sign 10-year leases for each of these sites, renewable for a further 10 years. These sites are all pre-approved and the estimated cost for the site acquisition process is R100k per site. The client requires funding for this acquisition process and is prepared to offer shares in lieu of the capital. The % is highly negotiable. The total funding requirement is R17m and once the towers are constructed, the value of each tower is estimated at R2.7m.
