SO far they have awared some players in this area but there is still a shortfall of trucks. Most players have been hindered because of the capital issue and its more of for the rich, We believe that if we can get the capital required, it will be a matter of capacity. The more fleet we have, the more income and ROI. We are only limited by capex, but we believe once this can be sought, we will be able to join in the sector. Grow it to the extent that we end up having our own fuel line, our own brand name etc. A lot can be done as long as we can raise the capital, that is the major hinderance and hopefully we can pass this hurdle as the window is still open, Our financial is very simple as we are looking at acquiring fleet, at least to begin with 5 trucks, that is a horse and trailer equipped and compliant to fuel carriers. Each combo entails of a horse and trailer (50,000l) tanker and a double diff truck. At a cost of about R10,000,000.00 in total. IN the current phase, we have the managing director, accountant/admin and our marketing team. Once we venture into logistics, we will be having a full on logistics team, equipped with the relevant tools and hopefully be able to open a wprkshop in the interim till we are fully functional The business is a start up and we are seeking funding for this venture as we see that the ROI is good and profitable.
