Owned by the proprietor of Komarock Modern Healthcare (KMH) in Kenya, the hotel sits on a 30 acre land that is next to one of the mega KMH hospital branch in Kathwana, in Tharaka Nithi county. This hotel , one of its kind in the region will serve as regional hub for both conference facilities, accommodation and fun activities for growing commercial centres and middle and upper class families for not just the surrounding counties but also the many government, private sector and NGOs operating in Tharaka Nithi county and other surrounding counties. With part of the development already done such as part of the main administration block, 25 spacious and self contained gazebos, the hotel will have the highest capacity to accommodate large number of guests at one go, given the space availability, proximity and accessibility to the main highway upon fully utilization of the available space. To actualize the project, the proprietor is seeking an investment partner/s to not only to invest $2.5M but also bring on board the hotel management expertise through themselves or management agencies so that the project can realize its full potential. The model of investment open for discussion are either equity, debt or an hybrid of debt and equity. The land is fully and legally owned by the project proprietor
