DIVERA Group is an idea a business portfolio focus on major consumer goods like oil and gas, rice, cement and other building materials. Given that Liberia is a country with many untap opportunities and is currently focus on infrastructure development, having a diversify business will ensure an increase in revenue and reduce risk while enhancing competitive edge for growth. Starting with DIVERA Filling Station is an economic choice base on limited individual resource. I had planned to raise one $100,000k of which I have already gotten over $20,000 that has been use on the purchased of land and building of a mini filling station. The balance to be raise is to be used for the completion of the filling station and operation cost for the first 3 months of operation. Founder: Samuel Love Muhlenburg - I am a dedicated individual who has spend over twelve (12) years in the supply chain sector. Due to lack of funding for college education after high school, I did started my career immediately after high school with a logistic company (Supreme Group) supplying food ration. I started as a warehouse worker and eventually grew with time until I became team leader of the stock department (my last post in the company). Since leaving the company, I have move on to work for other supply chain companies like GCC Services in Sudan (Alliad), Agility DGS in Somalia and Es-ko SAM international in Sudan, working in both the warehouse and inventory department where I served as a warehouse supervisor and later as an Inventory Control Specialist. I currently have an Associate degree in Business Administration from University Of the People and is continuing my study in a bachelor program. I am yet to start operation. However, with the current estimate based on gasoline current price, operation cost and target sales from a mini station, it is estimated to generate $67,520 in profit a year. Liberia current petroleum market is focus on import and distribution as the country does not have it own refinery or exploratory drilling despite having offshore oil blocks. With an increase in population growth and potential drilling concession, there's a vast opportunity for expansion and improvement in the sector. However, DIVERA group is focus on sales with the potential of building storage facilities in hard to reach areas that are paying nearly double the price of the product due to high transport charges on movement of petroleum products to such places.
