Sited on a 15Hectare land, the cluster will accommodate 15 Warehouses of 2,800 square meters each, and 30 separate 1bedroom apartments. The project will cost approximately 18billion Naira (12,413,793 Million US Dollars). About 30% (ֆ3,724,138) external capital Investment is required to complement the owner 70%. The business offers about 18% Returns, and annual returns on Profit after tax of ֆ531,600 for 15 Years, totaling ֆ7,974,000. Payback Period is 7 Years. Marginal Cash inflow Returns over the Investment is ֆ4,249,862 or 114% increase of the invested fund for the duration of the investment. The project will cost approximately 18billion Naira (12,413,793 Million US Dollars). About 30% (ֆ3,724,138) external capital Investment is required to complement the owner 70%. This fund can be in the form 30% equity, Partnership, or Loan of minimum 5 Years tenure of 1 digit interest. The company is headed by the Managing Director/Consultant of Planetta Investments Limited, who has a PhD in Business Administration and over 20 Years of Management practice and Research. The Company is also in Partnership with Technical Experts, such as Ennog Nigeria Ltd, in the area of power supply technology, and many other real estate industry leaders. In addition, we parade experienced workforce. Moreover, the company enjoys a lot of goodwill from Abia State government where the project is located. The Market for the Industrial Cluster is oversubscribed because of paucity of such investments in the present location of Aba which happens to be a major industrial hub in Nigeria.
