I am responsible for driving business growth while supporting the technical, administrative, and financial structuring of projects within JMJ Africa. My role connects commercial strategy, engineering operations, and financing solutions to ensure successful project delivery. On the business development side, I identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and support the expansion of the company’s activities, particularly in construction and infrastructure. I also contribute to client acquisition, negotiations, and proposal development. A key part of my role involves facilitating project financing and fundraising. I actively engage with banks and financial institutions to structure and secure funding for clients’ projects, including preparing financial documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting loan or investment applications. From an engineering and administrative perspective, I oversee compliance with local regulations, manage project documentation, and facilitate processes such as import authorizations, permits, and other statutory requirements. Overall, my role is to ensure alignment between technical execution, business development, and financial viability, contributing to the successful realization of client projects.
