Company Overview
Kylla is a corporate transactions and investment firm that coinvests €250,000 to €2 million and matches growth-focused companies with a worldwide network of professional investors and business partners. Established in 2002 - with its head office based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands – the firm provides capital from €3 million to €30 million for corporate funding, expansion, acquisitions, recapitalisation, management buyouts and technical corporate structures. We specialise in international investments beyond borders, mainly in Europe, Africa, Asia and the United States. Kylla manages over 42 legal entities in 17 jurisdictions and has had a leadership role in raising € 1.2 billion in Venture Capital and Private Equity for various clients around the world. In addition, we have aggregated assets worth €3.6 billion in advisory management and managed eight private equity funds
