Company Overview
South Africa generates approximately 170,000 tons of waste tyres annually, posing a significant environmental challenge. The Waste Bureau, operating under the Department of Environmental Affairs, has established 30 depots across the country. Our innovative plant is designed to process 65 tons of waste tyres per day, with a guaranteed minimum capacity of 60 tons daily. This cutting-edge tyre-to-liquid fuel and carbon black plant operates with a negative carbon footprint, showcasing its environmentally sustainable approach. The technology and plant construction are led by the world's foremost Thermal Engineer, ensuring the highest level of expertise and efficiency. We hold exclusive rights across South Africa to establish facilities that convert waste tyres into the valuable products liquid fuel and carbon black. The project partners have secured an agreement with the Waste Bureau for a consistent supply of waste tyres. Feedstock is provided free of charge. As a vetted and registered processor, our operations align with stringent regulatory and environmental standards. The first plant will be strategically located in Belfast, chosen for its proximity to a significant waste tyre dump site. A suitable property has already been secured, complete with diesel distribution rights, facilitating efficient production and distribution logistics.
