I am the Founder and CEO of Freed Systems Corporation — the originator and architect of the FVS-1 Kernel sovereign trust protocol. I lead company vision, capital strategy, node network expansion, and all investor relations. I represent Freed Systems in all fundraising, partnership, and certification conversations. I have direct relationships across African sovereign capital markets and am the primary point of contact for all investment inquiries related to our $2M SAFE round.

The solution: Freed's FVS-1 Kernel delivers three things no other platform provides: 48–72 hour auditable certification replacing months of manual diligence; a real-time public registry giving investors transparent, verifiable deal flow; and node-to-node internal liquidity allowing investors to exit positions without forcing a company sale. Business model: Certification fees of $7,500 per round paid by startups; investor subscriptions of $99/month to $990/year for deal flow access; and trade fees of 0.5–2% on internal secondary transactions.
