I have been managing the a family owned factory manufacturing food products like biscuits, candies, lollipops, wafers, choclate and bubble gum. Afetr my Msc in business studies in England I joined our family company and managed to quadruple the turnover with local distribution and opening the export markets for the first time. iam currently launching a new facility to be able to extend the range of products to include salted snacks, biscuits in other formats and packaging sizes especially to meet the large demand we have in Africa.

the new facility as I mentioned earlier will focus solely on exports. through my 15 years experience in that field, i believ i still have so much to give to satisfy the African market as well us the Americas as I discussed with my partners in the US and found out we had so much more range of products we need to develop easily to satisfy both our current and future market demands. The business plan has already been done but i do prefer to launch this new facility with another serious and reliable investor so that we make it bigger at first launch. i have 100 per cent of the moroccan market distribution channels with my current team of salespeople and wholesalers. Mauritania, senegal, Mali and guinea count as a regular market for us. so this wont be a problem at the launch of the products together with the customers in other countries that look for a broader range and that we can not satisfy with our capacity. through my experience in the Moroccan market, i do bilieve that partnerships are the key to fast success when the investor masters its field.
