He is the Founder and Group Executive of Vitrolab Group, a scientific and industrial solutions company established in 2016 with operations across Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa. Under his leadership, the company has grown into a respected provider of laboratory solutions, industrial instrumentation, technical consulting, and after-sales support services, serving industries including mining, manufacturing, healthcare, water and wastewater, academia, research, and infrastructure development.
